Joanna Cox, Head of Client Services
Following an English Literature degree and work in publishing, Joanna has worked in interactive services since 2001, and with Telecom Express since 2005. As Head of Client Services her role is to ensure that all our services are delivered to the exacting standards our clients expect.
Joanna enjoys living on the sunny south coast, but travelling to Oxford Circus each day gives her a slice of London life too. Perfect in helping her indulge her favourite hobby: eating - and drinking - out.
Jane Thomas, Head of Broadcast
Jane completed a Business Studies degree in 1999 in Sheffield and then took a year out to travel round Australia. On her return she got her first job with Telecom Express and has been with us ever since. As Head of Broadcast she manages the Broadcast and Corporate areas of the business.
Jane lives in Hertfordshire where she enjoys going out with friends and looking after her little boy.
Sarah Clay, Account Development Manager
Sarah completed her English degree in 2001 after taking a year out to travel through Asia, Australasia and Indonesia. She has worked in interactive services since 2003 and with Telecom Express since May 2007. As the Account Development Manager for the print team her role is to ensure our clients are constantly delighted with our services.
Sarah lives in South West London and enjoys all kinds of dance as well as walking in the countryside and the occasional bit of partying...
Kate Henderson, Compliance Manager
Kate joined the Telecom Express Client Services team in 1998 managing client accounts and has a wealth of experience in the industry.
She provides compliance training and guidance to the whole business as well as acting in a consultative role directly to our clients.
Kate is a ski-ing and music enthusiast. She uses all of her annual leave either on the slopes or at as many festivals as possible.
