A graduate of Arts, Ryan has over 10 years experience in the telecoms industry, specifically in the area of live astrology and psychic services. He has successfully helped launch many high quality services for News International, the National Magazine Co and Associated Newspapers.
Ryan is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, recruiting and training our consultants and managing the daily operation of all live services across Telecom Express.
Kate Newman, Online Account Manager
Responsible for managing our online services for clients and their headline astrologers, such as News International & Shelley von Strunckel, Kate joined Telecom Express as a History graduate in 2007 to help develop its online Forturi operation.
Kate also manages the commercial development and editorial direction of the website, ensuring revenue optimization and brand consistency. In addition she deals with contributors ensuring content is the highest quality.
Matthew Pitt, Digital Director
Matthew has over 20 years of media experience. After a career in advertising, he spent 8 years in management consultancy advising many of the UK's leading media owners on their digital strategies before joining Telecom Express in 2007. Matthew has responsibility for the day to day operations of our digital services, including strategy, product development, new business and revenue generation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants and a Certified Management Consultant.
