Our team

We have a large team of account managers, project managers, online developers, designers, customer service executives, marketers, plus digital and IVR specialists who work on our dating services: over 50 highly skilled and experienced people who deliver insight and value to our clients.

Matthew Pitt, Digital Director

Matthew has over 20 years of media experience. After a career in advertising, he spent 8 years in management consultancy advising many of the UK's leading media owners on their digital strategies before joining Telecom Express in 2007. Matthew has responsibility for the day to day operations of our dating services, including strategy, product development, new business and revenue generation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants and a Certified Management Consultant.

Emma Pullen, Senior Account Manager

A Business Studies graduate, Emma has over 12 years experience in the telecoms and digital industries, managing revenue-generating services for many of the UK's leading media owners including the Guardian, the National Magazine Company, Mirror Group and Emap Radio. Emma joined Telecom Express in 2000 and is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor and using her extensive dating industry knowledge to ensure service performances and revenues are optimised.

Caroline Ellis, Senior Account Manager

Caroline has worked in the interactive services sector since 1993. She has managed telephony, SMS and online revenue generating services for clients such as BBC Audiocall, the Environment Agency, BT, Virgin Radio, News International, FT, the Telegraph and Time Out. Caroline joined Telecom Express in 2006 and, as Senior Account Manager, oversees the day-to-day running of key accounts, optimising dating product performance and revenues and providing marketing guidance for clients.

Vicky Pearce, Head of Customer Services

A long-standing employee who joined Telecom Express in 1995, Vicky has an in-depth knowledge of the company's customer support operations. She manages our extensive customer service team which provides online and offline support across all of our dating clients services. Vicky has been instrumental in the development of our customer service charter and customer safety policies and procedures and ensures that all our clients' customers receive class leading levels of service and support.
